Outstanding store, well stocked and well maintained (clean), organized and laid out like as one would expect. Very busy, all the time, plenty of staff on hand stocking and available to ask questions. The back wall has extremely discounted items up to 75% off, great selections in the garden department. Custom orders? Absolutely, prices here seem to be less than other stores of this type, at times matching individual items as opposed to pre-package all-in-one. Thank you Lowe's

I went to purchase some LED replacement lamps for a fluorescent fixture using T-8's. I noticed most of the boxes looked bent, so I picked the straightest four out of about twenty boxes. Sadly, one box had a broken one. So back to the store. Of the sixteen boxes left, fifteen had fluorescent lamps returned by some criminal (15×$24.00). Three stars for incompetent employees. This happens way too much. When I let the returns manager know of the fifteen boxes, she and another employee just shrugged it off. Literally saying, "we'll be getting more of these returned." With that I digress.

Got a great deal on my purchase (special thanks to Clark Howard and his 'Clark Deals' subscription email I get daily for showcasing the deal), and when I went to pick up my purchase, Gayle ( I believe her name was at the front door) was more than welcoming and helpful when I arrived and didn't have my receipt or order number ready. She looked it right up, had great energy and a very honest and charming attitude and got me all set to go in a flash. She's a total asset to the Lowe's team, and they should be super proud and grateful to have her as an associate.

I have ordered plastic storage bins online 3 times now. 16 bins, 20 bins and 14 bins. It should be pretty easy. Each time they have retrieved the bins from wherever they stored them fairly quickly. The folks helping have been friendly. But each time, whoever did the picking had miscounted and I was either missing a lid or a bin. Pretty frustrating.

This place is just horrible. Everyone who works here is so grumpy and unhelpful. The prices are higher than home Depot for the exact same or very similar stuff. I always pick home Depot over Lowe's. Just checked out and the guy checking us out kept sighing like it was super annoying that we were checking out. We asked if the items came up on sale as they were marked and he got annoyed and told us to go check out at a different register after we got pictures of the sale prices from the isle we got them from. I'm so done with this stupid store. Update: I have now spent almost 2 hours in the store being shuffled from one register to another as each employee makes new and creative mistakes. Every new person I interact with is equally as terrible in both help and attitude. One employee told us he gets paid minimum wage and we are making him work too hard because we were trying to correct the billing error made by the previous employee. It is rare for a company to be so bad that it actually makes me hate them. It's normal to prefer one company over another. But this level of hatred for Lowe's is special and unique. It is so impressively bad. I will never go into Lowes again. I really don't care what the circumstances are. I hope this company fails completely and is taken over by home Depot.

We did a complete bathroom remodel. Decided to purchase an Allan Roth medicine cabinet, that touted fog resistant mirror on the outside and an additional mirror inside. To install, it took our contractor a specific cut to add this cabinet. Almost immediately we started to see slight scratches and initially thought we had done something when cleaning. Then realized this was a product defect as we had followed the instructions and had no issue with the bathroom mirror that was also new. Husband went to Lowe's with photos and explained we didn't have the receipt but we had our cc statement. The "Customer Care" person blew him off when he explained the issue. Husband then asked for the Mgr. The Manager was too busy. So then husband asked for a Regional Mgr to which the Lowe's service rep was incredulous. He was willing to wait and assured them he'd get this information either from them on on his own. Eventually, Wendy came out to assist and was very helpful and offered to replace, if we brought in the defective medicine cabinet. Just the thought of removing this product to get another possibly defunct piece was exhausting. Once we had the model number and looked up Allan Roth #2550856, there are literally dozens of the same complaint AND insights that this Anti-Fog protectant is actually a removable film. We researched further to find out how to remove and it did take the two of us and a razor to remove, along with a lot of elbow grease. We shall see how long this cabinet lasts but the take away. Don't let Lowe's lack of caring or disinterest or lack of ownership in defective products dissuade you. It's a shame that Lowe's Customer Service people care so little to just inquire and read their own product reviews???????????? No longer a fan.

better prices then home Depot but had an odd selection of tools. if your looking for basic tools as a contractor or just starting in construction then this is a good place to start. some brands can't be found here DeWalt Makita to name a few. pluming section seems better then most paint department look plentiful. strangest check out I've ever seen all in all... the place is kinda weird.
